Probably. Most computers wipe the memory when you pull the battery. Back up your dives data first to a computer or logbook app before bringing your computer.
How often should I replace my computer battery?
Usually every 2-4 years. Replace it when you get a low battery warning. Don’t wait till it’s dead – leaking batteries damage the computer.
Can you replace batteries in all dive computer brands?
